Dr. Daljit to continue as Principal of Khalsa College Amritsar

AMRITSAR: Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) general secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina today stated that, on persuasion, present incumbent Dr. Daljit Singh, Principal, Khalsa College, will continue to work on the present post as he has left the post of Professor of Law at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU). Chhina appreciated the services of Dr. Daljit for the last seven years and said they were happy to give him more time to serve the institution. Chhina said that Dr. Daljit is an able administrator who has served the institution as Principal with utmost honesty and dedication. The College he said has gained academically and in areas of sports and cultural activities under his tenure and there has developed a culture of work and professionalism in the College. Meanwhile Dr.Daljit stated that he has taken the decision to serve Khalsa College as he wanted to serve prestigious Sikh institution of international repute for longer years though he had to leave the post of Professor from the University.
